Waitlists for fully-booked services

When a service is full, guests can join a waitlist instead of bouncing. If a table frees up, they're notified automatically and can confirm with one tap.
Fully-booked services now offer a waitlist option rather than turning guests away. Guests provide name, party size, and contact details; if a cancellation comes through, the system notifies them automatically. First to confirm gets the slot. Waitlist conversion is tracked in your reporting so you know how much revenue you'd otherwise have lost.
