The first set of marketing journeys is live: Welcome (first-time guests), Win-back (lapsing regulars), Birthday (set by guest preference at booking). Each journey is template-based — copy is editable, timing is editable — but the triggers are automatic. Performance is tracked end-to-end: opens, clicks, bookings, revenue attributed back to the source message. Built on guest behaviour, not on lists.
