New bookings now verify the guest's mobile or email via one-time passcode. Real contact details on every booking, no prank bookings, no-show rates that actually behave.
Every new booking through the Grace widget now sends a one-time passcode to the guest's phone or email. They confirm the code to complete the booking. Result: real contact details on every booking, fewer prank bookings, no-show rates that actually behave. Existing guests with verified contact details skip the step automatically — the second visit doesn't make them prove themselves again.
