When guests reply to journey SMS messages, the inbound text now lands in your venue inbox tied to that guest's record — no more black-hole one-way messages.

Until now, marketing journey SMS were one-way. Guests who replied got radio silence; venues never saw the reply. As of this release, every inbound SMS reply is captured in your venue inbox, tied to the guest's record, and visible to whoever's covering the floor that day. The guest gets a human back; the venue doesn't lose the conversation.
