Service-aware availability

Booking availability now respects different rules per service. Lunch and dinner can have different floor plans, different cover counts, different deposit rules.
Until this update, availability was venue-level. Now it's service-level. Lunch service might use a smaller floor plan and accept walk-ins freely; Saturday dinner might be the opposite. Configure once per service, and the booking widget, host screen, and reporting all respect it. Particularly useful for venues running brunch / lunch / dinner with different formats.
