Deposits and cancellation fees

Take deposits at the time of booking, automatically. Set per-cover or per-party amounts; cancellation fee rules trigger if guests cancel inside your window.
For bookings where no-shows are expensive — large parties, weekends, private hire — deposits are now built into the booking widget. Set the amount, the trigger (party size, day of week, time slot), and the cancellation window. Guests pay at booking; fees apply automatically if they cancel late. Refunds and overrides handled in one click from the host screen.
