Grace now integrates with Captive WiFi portals. Anonymous walk-ins who connect to your venue WiFi become identifiable guests in your CRM automatically.
Until now, walk-ins were invisible — there one minute, gone the next. With the new Captive WiFi integration, guests who connect to your venue WiFi are matched against the Grace CRM. Returning guests are recognised; new guests get a record created automatically. Marketing consent is captured at the portal. Powered by Captive WiFi.
