The first version of Grace's reservation platform is now in service at independent venues. Branded booking widget, host screen, walk-ins, deposits — all from one host workflow.
This is the big one. Reservations now run end-to-end in Grace. Guests book through your branded widget, deposits and cancellation fees are handled at the time of booking, and your team manages walk-ins, waitlists, and table moves from a single host screen. Browser-only for now — the iPad-native host screen is in development. This is the foundation everything else builds on: every booking, walk-in, and guest interaction starts feeding the central guest record from this point on.
